How to Cancel or Reactivate a Subscription

You can cancel a subscription from the Subscriptions page at any time: it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops renewing.

Cancel a subscription

Open Subscriptions in your workspace's billing, open the ⋯ menu on the service you want to stop and choose Cancel subscription.

A dialog asks you to confirm and names the date the service ends. Choose Cancel subscription to confirm, or Keep subscription to close it without changing anything.

What happens after you cancel

Until that date nothing changes for your players: the service keeps running and stays protected. On the Subscriptions page it shows as Canceling, with the date it ends.

On the end date the subscription shows as Canceled. The service stops, its tunnel is removed and you get an email saying the service has ended.

Reactivate before it ends

Changed your mind? While a subscription still shows Canceling, choose Reactivate on it in Subscriptions. It renews as before, and since the tunnel never went away there is nothing to set up again.

After the end date

Once a subscription is canceled, start again by buying the service from Services and running the installer on your server, as described in GRE tunnel DDoS protection.

Changing plans instead

If you only need a smaller or larger plan, you do not need to cancel. Use Update subscription in the same menu to change the plan and keep the service running.
