Sub-processors

    Key third-party providers used to deliver Sterile Networks services.

    Sterile Networks uses third-party service providers to support delivery of the Service. Each is contractually bound to process data only on Sterile’s instructions and to maintain confidentiality and reasonable security controls.

    Infrastructure and Operational Providers

    • OVH SAS (OVHcloud) — server hosting for the website, dashboard, API, databases
    • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and subscription management
    • Wasabi (S3-compatible storage) — object storage for attachments/backups
    • Cloudflare (optional for website/CDN) — DNS and CDN services, and Turnstile bot protection on sign-in and forms
    • PostHog, Inc. — product analytics (with consent), anonymous visit counts, error tracking, and deciding which product features an account sees
    • Crisp IM SAS — live support chat on the website, when a visitor opens it or consents to it
    • Fastmail Pty Ltd — email for support and account correspondence

    Notes

    • Subprocessor use may vary by Customer configuration and feature usage.
    • Sterile will notify Customers of material subprocessor additions and provide a mechanism to object in accordance with contract terms.
    • Sterile remains responsible for the acts and omissions of its sub-processors to the extent required by applicable law.
